First Call Parts, Inc. will continue to perpetuate the vision of Blue Ridge Medical Imaging by providing tested parts, technical assistance from factory trained engineers, and real time inventory availability via the web. Years of process and inventory development have created a unique opportunity; Blue Ridge Medical Imaging's ISO 9001:2000 refurbishment procedures have been translated into test procedures to support the growth of First Call Parts, Inc.
This will position First Call Parts, Inc. as an industry leader in tested and used parts backed by a globally recognized ISO quality management system. Imaging parts are available for Siemens, Philips, GE and Toshiba imaging systems at a significant discount to OEM pricing. Modalities include: Cath, Angio, Rad/ Flouro, CT, Mammography and Mobile C-Arms. Our end user customers receive a full 6 month warranty except for glassware which carries a 6 month proration. All part orders ship the same business day with few exceptions. We also offer same day courier service.
